Reads the data your systems already generate
Fermentile connects to the DCS historians, LIMS, and MES platforms already running in your facility. Engineers do not change how they operate or enter data into a new system.
Read-only connection to your existing data infrastructure
Fermentile connects to existing data systems as a read-only analytics consumer. The platform does not write back to your DCS historian, LIMS, or batch record system — it reads data via their published APIs or validated export mechanisms. Your source-of-record systems remain unchanged. Integration is configured once, validated against historical batch data, and then runs continuously.
Process control and batch data
OSIsoft PI / AVEVA PI System
Connection via PI Web API. Reads process parameter time-series data for registered tag sets. Supports PI AF hierarchy for bioreactor-level tag organization.
DeltaV Batch Analytics
Connection via OPC-DA, OPC-UA, or scheduled CSV export from the DeltaV batch historian. Reads batch phase event records and parameter trend data.
Syncade MES
Reads batch record events, phase completion records, and operator log entries. Supports phase-indexed batch data correlation.
Laboratory and quality data
LabVantage LIMS
Reads in-process sample results linked to the corresponding batch, indexed to batch phase and sample point for correlation with process trend data.
SampleManager (Thermo Fisher)
Connection via SampleManager web services API. Reads sample result records, specifications, and out-of-specification flags for integration into the deviation correlation view.
Werum PAS-X
Reads batch record phase data, electronic batch record events, and equipment usage records. Supports MES-integrated deviation record creation.
MasterControl QMS
Bidirectional: reads deviation record assignments and pushes investigation packages back as formatted document attachments. CAPA record linkage for closed-loop investigation workflow.
Veeva Vault QualityDocs
Pushes formatted deviation investigation reports and audit packages to Veeva Vault with full lifecycle metadata for audit trail completeness.
REST API (open)
Open REST API for custom integrations. Supports push ingestion of batch parameter time-series data, batch event records, and sample results. OpenAPI specification available to pilot partners.
